[Job Responsibilities]
- Responsible for formulating and executing the company's overall production plan, ensuring that production tasks are completed on time;
- Coordinate departments such as production, quality, and logistics to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency;
- Oversee quality control and safety management throughout the production process to ensure products meet standards;
- Participate in the company's strategic planning and propose production-related improvement suggestions along with implementation plans.
[Job Requirements]
- Possesses strong management and communication & coordination skills, capable of leading the team to operate efficiently;
- Familiar with production management processes; candidates with relevant job experience are preferred, though work experience is not strictly required.
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment;
- Bachelor's degree or above; any major is acceptable, with preference given to candidates who have a manufacturing industry background.
