Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects, ensuring the achievement of project objectives.

2. Manage the project team, guiding and coordinating the work of team members.

3. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with clients, and maintaining strong client relationships.

4. Control project costs to ensure the project is completed within budget.

5. Manage project progress and ensure projects are completed on time.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management or a related field.

2. Must have more than 5 years of experience in engineering management; candidates with experience in the construction materials industry will be preferred.

3. Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies is required; candidates holding a project management certification (such as PMP) will be preferred.

4. Possess strong leadership skills and a collaborative team spirit.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to solve problems.
